Tabatha Mann

I live on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. I have two teenage daughters and have been married to my wonderful husband for almost 20 years.

In my younger years, I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader. I competed and cheered at the college level as well. I have coached numerous sports including gymnastics, cheerleading, and track and field.  

Presently, my favorite classes to teach our water aerobics, yoga, and CrossFit!
