Holly is a registered dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise, and Yoga Instructor 200 hour YTT. 

Fitness and nutrition are Holly's passion.  She enjoys teaching and working with all populations. Holly's goals are to assist her clients and students in attaining and maintaining their desired goals for a healthy weight, physical parameters, laboratory values and physical fitness.  She provides instruction and guidance for weight loss/gain, special disease states and sports nutrition goals. She teaches classes at the YMCA and at Central Baptist Healthworks, she has taught group fitness for twenty seven years and yoga for thirteen years.  She is the owner/operator of Holly Ruth, R.D.N., L.D., Nutrition/Fitness Consulting Services.  She has the flexibility to travel.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish.  She has been a member of the FitBodies team since 2012 and has traveled to many of our resorts around the globe, providing nutrition seminars; teaching Yoga; Pilates; sculpt; couples total body toning; aqua and spinning classes.
