Virginia Grabowski

Training since 1983, competed in local Bodybuilding competitions in Louisiana and Arkansas in 1985.  Group instructor 1981 - 1991 for the Local Parks and Rec Center.  After raising 2 childern,  focused on my competitive training, by hiring a Pro Bodybuilder to take me to the next level for competition.  In 2009, competed in 2 local competitions in the South Caroline area.   Left the retail buisness to pursued my love for helping others improve their way of life and health.    My statement: "Fitness is the Fountain of Youth, participate in it daily and add years to your life".
