In 2005 I was over weight after having my first child and living a very unhealthy life style. I decide at that point that I needed to get healthy, not to just loose weight but to be all around healthy. I changed my diet dramaticly, started exersiceing everyday and made a huge lifestyle change for the better. The next step I took in that direction was to get certified doing what I loved! I found a great at home course I could take to become certified for personal training. I relieved my certification 5 months later and applied right away at some local gyms. I got hire at the gym I had applied at Bally total fitness. I worked there for about 2 years, picking up more training and experience. I trained clients 5 days a week for 4-5 hours a day. I ended up pucking up another job while working at the gym, that was a little closer to home at a physical therapy office. I would lead the patient through exercises to help them strengthen the injured, worn out, or pulled muscle, joints or bones. I work the two jobs untilled I become pregnant with my second child and quit working at the gym and only working that time at the physical therapy office. I quit my hob at the physical therapy office after about 1 year due to me leaving for maternity leave. I never returned because I want to continue perrsuing my passion. So I got my business license and insurance and started my own at home personal training business. I have had my several of my own clients and also started teaching a boot camp and weight circuit class from home. I recently got certified to teach Zumba and have began teaching that at a local elementary school. I couldn't be happier in my life. I love love live what I'm doing today!!!
