Fran Mazzarella

I am forty six years old.  I have been involved in fitness for over 25 years.  I am married and I have three children.  I  have a nineteen year old daughter who is a freshman in college.  I have an eighteen year old daughter who is a senior in high school.  Both of my daughters are extremely fit and work-out everyday.  I have a son who is twelve and plays all kinds of sports.  Football, wrestling, basketball and baseball are his major interest.  My husband and my son also go to the gym to workout around four times a week.  I presently teach between four and five days a week.  I hike/walk everyday with my Nordic Golden Retriever Teddy.  I have vacationed at resorts and love to exercise while I have been there.  I would love the opportunity to be part of this amazing program.
