Bio for Glenda Wood Building on an educational foundation in Health Sciences, Glenda carries certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Yoga. "In working with clients over the years I have become fully convinced that a holistic approach to fitness is necessary for true health and well-being. Years as a trainer taught me the importance of discipline and hard work. Yoga brings forth a spiritual component that balances discipline with playfulness, willpower with surrender, courage with humility. Physical movement should be joyful! The regular practice of Yoga allows us to realign our bodies and our spirits and cast aside the layers of "dust" that collect from day to day challenges. Yoga has made a powerful difference in my life and I am honored and delighted to share the practice of Yoga with others."
