Crystal Galloway

Crystal Galloway, 33, DOB is 8-6-79.  I have been in the Air Force for over 15 years or since 1997.  Physical fitness has and will alwasy be a part of my life.  In spring 2010 I decided to become a Spin instructor and through Mad Dog Athletics and Spinning.com I completed my certification.  I work full time with the Minnesota Air National Guard but on the side I teach at two different gyms three days a week.  Having the opprotunity to workout and make other educated on working out and not afraid of spinning is my goal.  So many people are scared so making it fun, relatable, and educational makes everything so much easier and fun.
