I am a Yoga instructor with years of teaching experience in many different types of fitness. Having started dance lessons at a very young age, I come from a dance background that includes jazz, hip-hop, character, and especially ballet. I currently specialize in Power Vinyasa Yoga, which is a rigorous style that combines intense yoga postures with breath and flow. I also enjoy instructing more gentle styles, including Yin Yoga and Gentle Flow Yoga. I am currently studying for my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certificate and my classes have become more balanced with introspection and meditation. For fun, I am still teaching Zumba, which is a great workout and a terrific way to blow off steam. I enjoy the variety of world music and pop, and the ablity to share some of my own choreography with Zumba. I truly love what I do and I love to share it with others, helping them find a more balanced life with yoga and exercise and to have fun while doing it.
