Bonnie Chase

I have discovered Zumba(r). I fell passionately in love with it, and very much find fulfillment in helping others reach their fitness goals. Zumba(r) is just great because it's so much fun...so approachable. A large group of us from Curves traveled together this past October, and we brought Zumba(r) with us to Jamaica. After watching us teach, the staff at the resort we stayed in vowed to bring it to their guests on a regular basis. I know I can do the same for guests elsewhere. Dance fitness is the way people like to get some fun cardio in on a vacation!
