As a enthusiast with a passion for helping and motivating others I thrive in the gym, on a spin bike and pushing weights around. I am always searching for new exercises and staying current with the latest trends. I have worked out religiously for countless years and have been involved I spin classes for 2 years. After logging many miles on the bike as a participant I decided it was time to change viewpoints in the class. I wanted to be the one to design and lead others on a ride they will be glad they took. I became an instructor and haven't looked back since. I will be taking my personal trainer ACE certification exam in April and have every intention to continue my career as a certified personal trainer. Two passions of mine are fitness and travel. Traveling as a fitness instructor is the perfect storm for me! I will only succeed and exude confidence, knowledge and motivation.
