Began instructing group fitness classes at the age of 18 and have continued for the last 21years. I have taught classes ranging from Kickboxing, Bosu, Gliding, hip-hop, latin to Yoga, Interval, Tabata, PiYo, Zumba and Circuit classes. Over the past years our classes have moved to various facilities due to gym downsizing etc. during that time we have been able to maintain our dedicated aerobic participants It is my obligation as an instructor that each of these students get the most out of their workouts and help them to achieve their individual fitness goals.
