Regina Alves

My passion is to teach, equip, and encourage others to become physically and spiritually fit. I enjoy interacting with people (of all ages). I also teach the Silver Sneakers class to senior citizens which includes using small balls, weights, and flex bands. All my classes are fun, exciting, and creative. The class participants really enjoy themselves.
