What made me want to get into fitness? try being extremely overweight!

 

I DECIDED THAT THINGS ARE GOING TO CHANGE. Was it hard? yes, VERY. Nothing worth fighting for comes easy and thats a message I tell everyone who I work with. With no athletic background or prior sport expirience I had to start at the very bottom. Bodyweight movements were going to be my best friend. From there i would graduate to barbell exercises and thats when i realized. I have no idea what im doing.

Not only has my life changed but i have helped many others do the same while achieving their goals. I'm always looking to better myself and learn every step that I can, from training with Crossfit coaches on barbell lifts to competing in kickboxing matches. To this day I continue to discover different ways to train and enjoy myself along the way.
