Erika Thiel

My name is Erika and I started to take spin classes when I was 16 years old and fell in love with it!! As I got older I would start to create spin classes as I was running on the treadmill listening to my own music and knew I needed to do more than just imagine teaching the class!  That is when I started to look into becoming a spin instructor myself.  I have been an official Spin Instructor for over a year now.  My Spin Master was Donna Minotti and I absolutely loved the passion that she motivated us beginningers with.  If it was not for her, I would not be as passionate about making sure I am the best instructor that I always can be!! I always stay up on my continuing education, am always changing my music playlists (ensuring that the music takes into accounts everyone's taste of music0 and that most of all my classes are challenging and fun!! Spinning is my life and I truly do not know where I would be without it today.
