 Pamela McKnight is a 500-hour E-RYT Yoga Instructor who  has been teaching since 2014. Passionate about health and fitness, she believes yoga is  powerful medicine that supports healing from within.  For  Pamela, yoga is more than movement-it is a path to balance, strength, and inner peace.  Her practice is rooted in the belief that everything you need is already  within you.  Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, she helps students connect deeply to themselves and discover the bliss yoga brings to body, mind, and spirit.  Yoga has provided Pamela with a foundation for a healthy, vibrant way of living-and she loves sharing it.
