Fitness has always been a huge part of Pam's life. She discovered yoga in 2004 when a close friend became a yoga instructor. Discovering the bliss both physically and emotionally after each yoga class. She had always wanted to take yoga a step further and perhaps teach one day. Pam seriously pursued a teaching career in yoga after a trip to Couples Swept Away in Negril Jamaica in 2013. There she meet a visiting yoga instructor from New Jersey (Pam's home state). The visiting instructor told her, "do yourself a favor and become a yoga instructor, register with Fitbodies and you too could be teaching yoga in paradise".
Pam obtained her RYT 200 Certification in 2014, in hopes of sharing the gift of yoga through teaching. With an eagerness to gain more knowledge and to deepen her own practice, Pam obtained her RYT 500 Certification in 2019. In September 2019 Pam obtained her certificate as a Registered Pre-Natal Yoga Instructor. Yoga has made a major impact on Pam's life and believes everyone can benefit from the healing powers of yoga.
Pam's yoga practice has provided an avenue of self discovery, a new confidence, and compassion for herself and others. To her, "yoga is medicine."
