Dawn feels honored to teach Yoga. She feels yoga can change your life. Yoga’s benefits will show up in your increased energy levels, the glow of your skin, the light in your eyes, the calm in your voice, the shape of your body, and the ease and grace with which you move through your life.
She is a RN, Yoga Instructor & and Director of yoga teacher training 200 hour and 500 hour certification programs. She leads yoga retreats. She owns and manages a yoga studio in New Jersey. She has been teaching yoga for 20years.
