2019 Update: For 20+ years I was a Health professor at MtIDA College inNewton MA

During the last 5 years I took our Fitness classes up a few notches in that I made the Yoga classes a 200 hour certification based on my Kripalu and Vini yoga certification and experiences.  Unbenounced to our Amazing community the school ( Mt Ida College) abruptly closed this past January leaving the student population, especially the senior class in a bind 

i was able to secure classroom space at a nearby golds gym to complete the hours and practice time for the students to complete their 200 hours and graduate

In March while in the middle of a 200 hour yoga teaching certification that I (again) was teaching theCompany  (Fitness Education Network) also abruptly closed … everything seems to be caused by this Pandemic and again I was able to secure one of my Senior centers to bring the cert to a successful graduation
