Rosslyn Woods

Rosslyn Woods is a resident of Fairfax, VA. For parttime employment she works as a paralegal and for pleasure is a group fitness instructor. She became an AFAA certified instructor in February 2004 with the objective of keeping herself in good physical shape and sharing her health education and skills with others to assist them in their efforts of reaching and maintaining their health goals through a regular exercise regime. She has conducted several hi-low floor aerobic and step classes since her certification and when she is not conducting classes, she enjoys reading and participating in outdoor activities.
