Lydia St. Ange

I am a bubbly, upbeat down to earth girl currently travelling South America. I'm so fortunate to be a Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher whereby I can take my business with me wherever I go. I've been lucky enough to teach in the beautiful beaches of Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Colombia on my journey. 

I specialise in Hatha yoga, Vinyassa and Yin but am fully competent in all styles. The prospect of working in a gorgeous resort and teaching my passion to your guests is quite frankly a dream! 

Many people have exclaimed me as full of beans..and i truely am. I have a big heart with lots of love and joy to bring to my clients.
