Amy (RYT 500) began her yoga journey over a decade ago. She possesses an extensive background in dance, fitness and strength training, and she prides herself on a healthy, clean diet. Well versed in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles, Amy finds solace in each yoga posture she practices. She views yoga as a path to physical and mental well-being and wishes to share these feelings with others. Through a variety of poses, Amy’s classes will build strength, balance and flexibility. Whether you are experienced or new to yoga, Amy will provide a warm and welcoming environment for your practice. She asks that you leave your ego off your mat, breath, relax and smile.
