I am highly motivated and enthusiastic fitness instructor. I'm very versatile and teach lots of different types of classes. I have lots of energy and my classes are always full. I currently teach 20+ classes per week in the UK. I am also a qualified personal trainer (level 3) and hold a level 3 certificate in Designing Pre & Post Natal Exercise Programs.
