Hi, I'm Cathy Canfield and I love sharing yoga with overdoers and overthinkers-I was once one myself! When I first started practicing yoga 15 years ago, I had always been told I was clumsy and not at all strong, how could yoga work for me? I made a determination to achieve mastery of yoga, reach the goal, master the pose (overdo it!) I was proud to be sore from yoga class days later. As I returned to my mat and myself again and again in practice, I found patience within. Yoga  and meditation has helped me with physical strength and flexibility, but most importantly I've found sacred compassion and tenacity within.
