I began my latest career by starting nearly 30 years ago as a fitness instructor. That slowly developed into becoming Senior Fitness Director, then a personal trainer with a medical exercise specialty and finally, an international trainer and presenter for Les Mills, Inc. I went back to school and earned both a Master's Degree and a post-Master's certificate and became an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
As a Primary Care Provider, my goal is to help patients achieve optimal health by promoting a healthy lifestyle,
educating on preventive care, and effectively managing their chronic conditions. I believe in open and honest
communication, taking the time to listen to patients' health concerns and developing mutual trust and respect to create personalized plans to achieve realistic goals so patients can spend time doing things that bring them joy
and fulfillment.
I now have a perfect blend of knowledge and experience to create meaningful, effective fitness, small group and individual programming which I continue to do at a small boutique gym in Wisconsin.
