 Joli is a NASM CPT, CF-L1, and RYT with over 15 years of experience teaching group fitness and yoga. She provides a range of classes including Yoga, barre, indoor cycling, and HIIT,bootcamp. She makes fitness fun and challenging for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. Joli provides local and national training presentations and is a regular national blog contributor.
