Welcome! I'm Layla Rose Roche, a 300HR YT with Yoga Alliance &FIS with CanFitPro, it is amazing to finally meet you.

Fitness, Wellness, Mental Health and Yoga have quite literally always been and will always be, my life and my ever-evolving mission! I have been practicing Yoga since I was only eight years old, started teaching kids classes at twelve and have completed my teacher training and fitness instructor certifications at sixteen. I absolutely love what I have been pursuing and continue to inspire others for many years.
