My immediate goal is to work as an integral part of a highly motivated team, where my effort and skills will be utilized to contribute to the team’s effectiveness. I possess strong interactive skills and thrive on multiple priority situations. I am very organized, document accurately and work well in team situations.

I am in excellent health, rarely take time off work and promise to bring to your employ on a daily basis a dedication and commitment to getting the job done that is rare in today’s market place. I am a self-starter needing little direction and consider my problem solving skills a major asset. My mission in life is to live with integrity while making a difference in the lives of others.

I am a non-drinker, and would be more than willing to upgrade my skills as they apply to your industry. I am an over achiever and would go to any length to better both your company and myself. I am looking for an employer that would compensate me according to my contribution to the bottom line.

There is hope! at the ripe old age of 40, I decided to give up drinking a case and a half of soda pop a week, double double coffee and cakes  to took up drinking water and vegetable smoothies. I visited my local music shop to pick up the latest Prince cd. I was drawn to the fitness section and saw a workout dvd from Billy Blanks. It was called Taebo Abs... What could I say? I had everything to gain and nothing to lose. 

I found myself in front of the television sweating and breathing to save my life. It was crazy. I could not keep up with the tv stars. Did I tell you I was hooked!

My wife and I found ourselves shopping for many workout dvd’s. That was back in 2004. Since then, I have explored Kickboxing, Pilates and HiiT workouts. We joined Goodlife Fitness only to get introduced to other fitness classes such as Body Combat (martial arts), Body Pump (hand weights) and Yoga. 

I joined CanFitPro in 2010 and certified in Pilates, Pilates Resist-a-Ball, and (FIS) Fitness Instructor Specialist.

In 2016 I was asked to teach at my Pilates studio that I attend and was obsessed to the idea of teaching.
