Echo Adhikari

Nice to meet you! My name is Echo Adhikari and I am a fitness fanatic.  I have over 5 years total fitness experience including: Zumba, Aqua Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, BollyX, and Piloxing.  Dancing is my first love and I have no problem unleashing my inner rockstar, nor encouraging others to unleash theirs. I'm known as a bit of a class clown in my Zumba classes, which is exactly what makes ALL of my classes (dance or otherwise) fun and accessible. I figure if you're sweating and smiling, then you're golden.

When I'm not kicking booty at the gym, I work for a cloud hosting services provider.  I have a Master's of Strategic Leadership with translates directly to my work with employee engagement and human potential. I love that no matter if it's in the studio or behind a desk, my job is to make other people happy!

Personally, I have a delightful daughter and two sweet dogs. We love to cook, see concerts, and check out the local arts scene. I am beginning to embrace my love for travel as well (this year included a 5 country European tour), so I cannot wait to expand my horizons and tie all of my passions together.
