Danielle Kaymore

A English teacher by day and Zumba and Strong by Zumba instructor by passion

I began dancing at the tender young age of three. Dancing ignited a fire in my soul. I was placed in classical training starting with ballet. I have studied many forms of dance, stemming from a wide variety of different cultures. Dance performances started during my time in university in South Florida. Specialties: Lyrical Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Latin styles including Salsa, Chi. I have had the opportunity to work on many exciting project that came through South Florida, while pursuing my university education. Upon moving to Quebec it was dance that became a door opener career.
All of this lead me to Zumba and later Strong by Zumba.

I started training myself because I come from a family that many were athletes (like my father) when they were in high school than they became adults who never moved a muscle unless it was to work. Which lead to there being an overly abundant number of them who are obese and many with type 2 diabetes. I refuse to end my life like that, so I have been keeping my fitness going since I finished university. Now as a mother of 3 daughters and high school English teacher, I hope my lifestyle of fitness is influencing my girls and my students to make healthy choices.

My fitness goal is a one day run a marathon, the Disney marathon to be precise.
