Irania Hamilton-Cooke

Yoga has been apart of my life for over 8 years, and my practice has been helpful in making me a stronger and flexible teacher both on and off the matt. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

 I completed my 200 hour Hatha-Vinyasa training with YTT Journey in Cary, NC. I know that I will always be a student of yoga and I am deeply grateful for wisdom and love my teachers have shared with me.

 In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help center and bring focus to your practice. I seek to bring the practice of yoga to others to help people achieve a total mind and body wellness and happiness, so that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, balanced, and nourished
