I studied Pilates and became certified at IMX in Manhattan in 2011. Then had the pleasure of assisting with opening a studio on Long Island. Teaching and managing that studio for 5 years, gave me the opportunity to teach students ranging from 15-70+ years old....from beginners to advanced. I also enjoy working with and helping students/athletes rehabilitating injuries. While my teaching style is challenging, I am also nurturing and supportive. I design classes that are creative and engaging, meeting my student’s individual needs. In December 2017 I was hired as the lead instructor for Club Pilates Commack.
I recently decided to take my Pilates education to the next level by becoming a Master Trainer for Club Pilates!
