Pam is a BCRPA certified fitness instructor with experience in a variety of disciplines.  Her Pilates and weight training classes will focus on a variety of muscle groups to improve overall strength and endurance.  Her Yoga classes will include postures for improving strength, balance and flexibility.  She will lead you through a total body workout that will conclude with a relaxation component.  All classes are designed for beginners through advanced.  Join Pam for a great start or end to the day!
