Pam is a BCRPA-certified fitness instructor with extensive experience across multiple disciplines. She holds a 300-hour Kripalu Yoga Certification and brings expertise in Pilates, weight training, and yoga.

Her Pilates and weight training classes emphasize strengthening and conditioning a variety of muscle groups to improve overall endurance and performance. In her yoga classes, Pam guides participants through postures designed to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility, followed by a relaxation component to restore both body and mind.
