Pam Seamark is a passionate fitness instructor with over 40 years of experience in promoting health and wellness. Based in British Columbia, Canada, she specializes in providing personalized fitness classes that integrate strength training, yoga, and mindfulness practices to help participants achieve their individual fitness goals. As a long time time, seasoned fitness professional, Pam has a loyal following of participants. Her strengths include going beyond the norm, offering clear instruction, with positive feedback. Pam's genuine nature brings energy, encouragement, and approachability to every class.

Pam is a BCRPA-certified fitness instructor with extensive experience across multiple disciplines. She holds a 300-hour Kripalu yoga certification and brings expertise in Pilates, weight training, bootcamp, step and dance. Her journey into fitness began as a compliment to her competitive figure skating journey and she quickly discovered a deep passion for helping others find their path to health and wellness.

In her classes, Pam emphasizes the importance of balance—both physically and mentally. She believes that fitness is not just about the body but also about cultivating a positive mindset. Her warm and encouraging teaching style fosters a supportive environment where students of all levels feel empowered to challenge themselves and grow. Whether leading a high-energy step and strength class, or a calming yoga flow, Pam is dedicated to inspiring her participants to embrace a healthier lifestyle and find joy in movement.

Outside of teaching, Pam is an avid cyclist, runner and skier, and enjoys exploring the outdoors. She often shares her love for nature through outdoor yoga sessions and fitness retreats. Committed to continuous learning, she regularly attends workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
