I co-taught dance fitness classes for 3 years before begining my own fitness class. In 2007 a friend and I created a fresh new group fitness class, Thump Funk Fitness. It crosses all styles of dance and music. Choreographing to each individual song we use, students learn through repitition. It is an energetic cardio dance workout influenced by all genres of music including Pop, Latin, Hip-Hop, R&B, World, Rock and even house. Classes begin with a choreographed warm-up, moving into moderate and then higher intensity routines. Classes end with a cool down routine that will seamlessly incorporate dance with other varities of fluent and lyrical movements.
