I am an experienced registered yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of in person teaching experience. I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years and have been teaching the practice for 5 years now. I offer spirited vinyasa flow classes with a deep focus on connecting breath to movement. Helping students to gain confidence, strength and flexibility in their bodies and minds. I also teach meditation and mindfulness encouraging students to explore themselves and their inner world deeply. I am also the creator of J Rock Yoga. J Rock Yoga is an online yoga and wellness brand inspiring those who follow to feel good physically, mentally & spiritually. J Rock Yoga includes a YouTube channel with new yoga videos each week, blog posts, and online classes.
