Kyla Gunderson

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada where yoga is life! I have been practicing yoga since I was sixteen years old. I have completed yoga training in Costa Rica, Rishikesh (the birthplace of ancient yoga) and all over USA. I have a passion for teaching others and am also a university professor at one of the world’s top 20 universities.
