Bekah Vander Stelt

My name is Bekah Vander Stelt. I am a small town southern girl who moved to the midwest after marrying the love of her life. I am a type one diabetic who loves all things travel, fashion, fitness, and health. I am a marketing director and clothing buyer for a local store in small town Iowa. I teach barre classes on the side for fun!I have been teaching barre just shy of 2 yearS. I teach 5 classes per week! My favorite class is the "hot" barre!! This is where we crank up the heat, turn down the lights, and jam the music! I hope you'll meet me at the Barre-where it's always happy hour!
