Patricia Gribben

As a college student studying Occupational Therapy I fell in love with aerobic exercise. I was passionate about this and was asked to begin teaching at a private study in the Cincinnati area. This is where I met up with Suzelle Snowden who trained me in exercise instruction. Pairing this training with my college courses gave me a great foundation for building effective exercise routines for my clients. I find great satisfaction in seeing clients meet their exercise goals and seeing them increase their quality of life with exercise.
