Taylor Burgmon

My name is Taylor and I am from Baton Rouge, LA (born and raised). I am a Registered Dietitian working in the hospital setting. I have worked with a variety of populations and in all sorts of places from Hawaii, to California, to New York, and in between!! I have always had a passion for my own personal workouts! But one day, I decided to become a certified fitness instructor in order to help others learn to enjoy working out and help them reach their health/fitness goals!
