Andra Newsham

Hi, I'm  Andra!  I am a certified Elite Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) with a Specialist in Group Fitness and Sports Nutrition.  I have always had a passion for fitness and have tried every exercise under the sun:  spin, yoga, boot camp, pilates, HIIT, etc.  I have worked full time as a Recruiter in Financial Services for the last 8 years however, in November 2019 I decided to pursue my goal of obtaining a personal trainer certification and became certified in November 2019.  For about a year I have been teaching boot camp after work on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and love it!!  I live in St. Louis, Missouri, USA with my husband and our four legged "son" Drax.  In my free time we love hiking, traveling, riding bikes and spending time with friends and family.
