I'm a passionate fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience helping people move, feel stronger, and reach their fitness goals. I teach a wide range of group classes including Pilates, Barre, Circuit Strength Training, and Aqua Aerobics, and I love seeing people of all ages and fitness levels improve their health and confidence.

Together, we create realistic plans that combine strength, cardio, and mindful movement to build healthier habits that stick. My approach is all about making fitness fun and sustainable, with an emphasis on mindful breathing and movement for maximum benefit and safety.
