Energetic group fitness instructor with over 15 year experience in group exercise including pump, Pilates, Barre, and aqua aerobics.  Highly motivated to help others incorporate fitness into their daily lives and reach their fitness goals. 

Unique ability to quickly read each class to match the skill and learning levels of participants, provide modifications to make all students feel successful.  Encourages students to make and meet their own fitness goals that are attainable. Work with individual clients to help them develop a plan to incorporate exercise into their busy schedules. Maximum benefit and safety while focusing on mindful movements and breathing. Maintain peak physical condition to better serve and motivate clients.  Developed individualized instructions plans for cardio and weight training.  Promotes activities and coping methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies.
