Barbara Sweet

Barbara holds a Doctorate and Masters in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences. She served many years as a classroom teacher teaching Spanish to various grade levels. She has since retired from teaching kids and teaches fitness classes at a local Adult Center and online. 

Barbara's fitness certifications include 200 HR Yoga (RYT), Zumba (Gold, Toning, Step, Aqua, Gold Toning),  and Silver Sneakers (Classic & Yoga). 

Her motto: "It's not about perfection, it's about being healthy and happy."
