My name is Sara. I have always loved exercise and exercise classes, but only recently became a professional in the industry. I have been in the fitness industry for 3 years. I am passionate about group fitness and making EVERYONE feel welcome and strong. I teach at a facility in my town and instruct several different formats. I absolutely love my job.
