Hi my name is kimberley and I'm a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Fitness Instructor!
I fell in love with fitness in 2009 and have been practicing Yoga since 2015 which led me to realize that I needed to pursue my passion by becoming a RYT to help share my love for Yoga and Fitness with any and everyone that I possibly can :)
The movement while practicing yoga is so extremely beneficial for the health of the body while the breathwork and learning to stay in your present moment is so important for a healthy mind and soul !
