Jocelyn Rutenberg-Semke

Hello. My name is Jocelyn. I'm a mom to an awesome, newly minted teenager, dog mom, and a part time Pilates Instructor. I current teach 2 days/week, 3 classes/day, and sub so I teach about 6-10 classes a week at my local Club Pilates. Due to the recent death of my mom, whom had dementia & I spent a lot of time with, I now have time to expand the formats I teach & time teaching. I also enjoy spending time with my friends working out, or hanging out with all of our kids. I've considered teaching in my community as you'll see on my website, but I haven't taken the dive into that yet.
