Paula Hardin

I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life.  From playing sports as a child to aging gracefully through menopause, fitness has always helped me feel my best.  After college, I started a career in banking which led to my position of Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager.  In 2006 I left the corporate world to raise my children.  I found camaraderie with other stay at home Moms at my local gym and eventually sought to teach classes there.  I became certified in Indoor Cycling and haven't looked back.  My passion to help others on their fitness journeys and to learn new formats continues to grow in this ever changing industry
