My goal is to ensure that the experience enriches their overall well-being.

Thriving on working with a global community, I, someone who moved across the world in my mid-20s, don't see cultural and linguistic differences as challenges but opportunities to be creative. My favorite aspect of fitness is that every class or session is different, depending on who I work with and what they need.

Whether it's one-on-one sessions or small group training in the gym, I excel in sharing my expertise with enthusiasm. I'm equally at home in the energetic atmosphere of fitness classes, specializing in Functional Fitness, Aqua Mobility, Body Resistance Fitness, Restorative Stretching & Flexibility Classes, Glutecamp, Fitfusion, and HiiT.
