I am a former national taekwondo player in Philippines.
I have been teaching for 10 yrs with private clients and aman resorts.
I teach different types of training like kick boxing, boxing, sports rehab, Pilates etc.
I also offer therapy like blading, holistic stretch therapy and PEMF.
