Shannon is an energetic fitness professional with 8+ years experience teaching a variety of fitness formats including personal training, group training, boot camp, cycling, aqua, and yoga. She offers a vast wealth of knowledge around health, fitness, and nutrition and brings a positive energy to her classes and clients. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with people around her, especially women. While taking some time off over the last few years to be home with her daughter, Shannon has continued to offer personal training and nutrition advice to women and young moms in her community.
